What You Should Know:
It is routinely packed, even on late Wednesday nights, yet the Vietnamese menu is well drafted and only includes the best that John Nguyen has to offer. The service is attentive and does its best to distract from the loud and crowded dining room.
What I Liked:
The papaya salad is delightfully bright with the addition of the crispy pig ears for texture.
Beef pho is well done with a rich beefy broth that is only outdone by the handmade rice noodles.
Is It Worth It:
The pho’s are filling are cheap for under $15, but a meal is not complete without some appetizers to share among the table.
