What You Should Know:

Thomas Keller’s restaurant features tasting menu that consists of around nine plated courses, and executes consistently quality food that is rare and difficult to manage among daily changing menus. Each dish leaves a yearning for more, yet the subsequent dishes are even better than the last.

What I Liked:

Every meal starts off with a miniature cone filled with raw salmon, red onion and crème fraîche.

The signature “oysters and pearls” dish feels luxurious and heavenly

A succulent duck breast is prepared “pekin” style with a shishito pepper jus.

Is It Worth It:

The price tag is high at the new price of $340 per person, service included, however, the food is all consistently delicious and new, with a single ingredient never repeated through a meal.
