What You Should Know:
This restaurant from Enrique Olvera cracked the list of the World’s 50 Best this year, while serving the upscale Mexican cuisine. The dining room is bare and metallic, and the waiters can be spacey, however the food feels authentic and delicious.
What I Liked:
Duck carnitas arrive with warm, yellow tortillas and various accompaniments.
A round, crackly meringue is filled with a smooth and creamy corn mousse that tastes as sweet as corn itself.
Is It Worth It:
The carnitas to share will run $89, and maybe fill up two people, although a quick ordering of the menu can start to get expensive after covering the fundamental small, medium and large plates.
