What You Should Know:
Each hand roll is served individually at a counter where you can choose between sets ranging from three to six pieces. The rolls are best eaten right away, when the nori is still crisp, the rice is still warm and the fish is still cold to experience the best of textures, temperatures and flavors.
What I Liked:
All the hand rolls feel balanced and fresh, especially the bay scallops and crab.
Is It Worth It:
The six hand roll option at $28 inclusive of service, and is a great option for a filling dinner.
